chinese university of hong kong or hong kong university?

which one has a better reputation? which one has better programs in chinese law?

what are the chances of getting a job in a top u.s. law firm in hong kong or in another place in asia?

I think reputation-wise both are about the same. Both are well-reputed for their business programs (MBA, EMBA):

I think CUHK's LL.M in Chinese Business Law looks quite interesting. Their faculty include some experienced China law practitioners like Lutz-Christian Wollf, David C. Donald, and Michael Pendleton:

hi erkan,

thanks for your response. so in your opinion....there is no big difference between the two schools?

peronally i do not know the professors you mentioned but i presumed you know your field.

what are the odds of getting a job in an hong kong office of a top us law firm after graduating?

thanks

I have added links to some ranking websites to my previous post.

I'm afraid I cannot give any specific advice about job prospects. Generally, your chances of landing a job in Hong Kong will depend very much on your background (country of origin, previous qualifications?).

Maybe someone else can give more insights...
