grugani Joined: 06 Jul 2005 Posts: 149	LL.M. and J.D. Student Grading Wed Sep 02, 2009 04:52 AM I am currently in Berkeley and, at least here, the decision whether to grade J.Ds and LL.Ms within the same curve is up to each professor, but generally speaking, they use separate curves.
