<description>Hi,

There are many law students, lawyers who have several publications to their credit. Having them often adds weightage to securing admission to an LL.M programme in a good institution, and also for the profession in - toto.

Kindly tell me the procedure of having your work published. Who do you approach?
Where?
How?
What are the papers/ work that are generally selected?

Many thanks

<description>If u write the paper under the guidance of your Professor, they dont only help u by giving u an able orientation(experience matters!!) but also, they can tell u more abt the journals, the publishers, u can send ur work to, more than u know already(I bet!!).
Also see if ur University&#39;s law journal shows interest in it.
My Professors were quite helpful, so I know.

Take Care.

<description>Thanks for your response dimpy.

Well, my question remains the same. What if one has to do it on his own, without having any aid from seniors or professors? When I studied LL.B, we did not have any / no knowledge of it. Am not a student and cannot seek help from anybody.

Question remains the same :)

Many thanks in advance

Akanksha
