Distance learning
Dear colleagues, Mon Oct 05, 2009 12:34 PM I would very much appreciate your advice with respect to the following: I am lawyer (of course:-) and live and work in Croatia. I would very much like to enroll in an LLM program of Public International Law. Second option would be - LLM in International and European law. My aim is to work for the EU Institutions or UN one day. I speak 5 languages, which is also important for international career in law. I am considering studiing at Vrije Universitat Brussels or Catholic University of Leuven. But, maybe also distance learning. I never considered distance learning since I thought that it would not be appreciated by employer. But...maybe I am wrong. Due to financial reasons (moving to Belgium, all costs etc.), maybe this would not be such a bad idea. I would appreciate if someone could advise me what to do. Do you think a distance learning degree is reputable in the same way as regular degree and which university would you recommend? Thank you all very much in advance for your comments. |
