LL.M in M&A - distance learning
Hi,Tue Oct 06, 2009 09:55 AM Is there an LL.M provided by any of the Indian Universities with specilisation in Mergers and Acquisitions, via distance learning? (Of course, other than the usual corporate / commercial laws specialisation, as it is comprehensive in nature). I know of a few institutes that offer a Diploma course in M&A. Many thanks in advance.
