Harvard & Georgetown LLM Requirements

Hi!
My name is Clara and I'm from Venezuela. Im applying to the LLM Programs at Harvard and Georgetown.
Does anybody know if the transcripts HAVE to be sent by regular mail? There is no way I can upload them in the online application right?

I am not using the LSAC.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Clara,

First, good luck with your application. I am applying to HLS too, there is a thread for applicants further down the page.

Unfortunately, there is no way that you can upload a transcript into the online application. They require original copies in a sealed/stamped envelope from your university for verification purposes (it's annoying, I know). It may not be as much of a hassle as it seems, though; I just had to request a transcript from my university and tell them where I wanted it sending, and then they dealt with the particulars and mailed the transcript direct to the law schools I am applying to. Perhaps yours will do the same?

best of luck!

Thank you so much for your answer.

That's what I thought and it is actually pretty clear in the instructions, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to make all that effort in vain.
My Law School refuses to send the documents, so they will give the envelope to me to send it. I hope that is OK.

Thank you ! Wish you the best of lucks too!
