We are seeking a European Tax Manager for the Luxembourg based international headquarters of a US multinational manufacturing firm with 28 companies in Europe. LLM with a concentration in International Tax. Minimum of 4 yrs relevant post-qualificaiton experience, ideally gained in either public accounting or in a US based multi-national corporation. English + German language skills required.

Hi,

My name is Miguel Sosa, I am a mexican lawyer, with a DEA (french master) in international law (Strasbourg 1996), a Master in Finance (Universidad del Mayab 2000) and have other postgraduate studies in: International Trade, Export Projects, Arbitration, anti-money laundering and financial transactions.

I have 8 years of experience, working for a law firm (corporate counsel for multinational doing business in Mexico), full time professor of international business, and for the last 5 years as in-house lawyer of a mexican-american hotel & resorts group operating vacation resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. Our structure includes companies in Switzerland, Belize, US and Mexico (Cayman Islands and BVI in the past), and UK and Netherlands very recently.
