I've looked at the rankings and the universities which offer such programs, but I would like some 'inside' info if possible. Any infos on Pepperdine, Hamline, Minnesota or any other law school which is supposed to have a good program in that area? He’s with Pepperdine University School. Unfortunately that’s the only inside info I have…which doesn’t really answer your question. However, the workshop was really good. In the process I got a certificate (as well as an A). Became better at negotiating…Started using more open-ended questions etc. It’s been no turning back since. What I will say though is for you to weigh your options. Compare the LLM vs. Certificate in ADR. Both offer different things, it all depends on what your goals are. The J.D. program is not highly ranked, but I have heard nothing but good things about the LL.M. program. Right now I'm thinking again about getting a general LL.M. at a higher ranked school because that's what seems to count more for employers here. In the end I suppose I'll apply to both kinds of programs and then decide based on admissions.
