I am applying LLM program of some canadian law schools.

As a law student with LLB in China, am I qualified to take the NY Bar Exam with a LLM of McGill or U of O?

Thank you for your help.

I don't think so. It has to be an American Bar Association approved Law School.

I am not sure that is correct. I think New York is one of the states that does not require a US law degree for admission to the bar. I would recommend that you check the website.
