Is a Canadian LLM qualified to NewYork Bar?
I am applying LLM program of some canadian law schools. Fri Nov 25, 2005 03:26 AM As a law student with LLB in China, am I qualified to take the NY Bar Exam with a LLM of McGill or U of O? Thank you for your help. |

I am not sure that is correct. I think New York is one of the states that does not require a US law degree for admission to the bar. I would recommend that you check the website.
