All the universities you mention are very good or excellent. For best rep and choice, opt for one of the London colleges, for rep but less choice, go for Oxbridge. Internationally, these uni's are more recognised that Leiden, Utrecht and Leuven. Of the latter three, I would say Leuven is the best for rep. If you're in it for fun and don't want to work so hard, Cambridge and UCL seem the pick of the bunch.
