comparison US (Columbia...) and Canada (Toronto)

Hi,
I have applied for schools in the US (Columbia, Georgetown and Stanford) as well as in Canada (McGill, Toronto, UBC).

I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share his thoughts regarding quality and perspective of LLM in Canada and the US.

Also: what about the LLM size at Georgetown and Columbia? They are quite big and I'm wondering how good/close/effective student/staff supervision actually is.

What do you guys think about focusing on international law (public) at Georgetown. Am I wrong or does Georgetown really rank "below" Penn State and these schools?

Cheers,
Dom
