I believe most of the Chicago schools (other than the University of Chicago) offer part time LLM programs. The University of Illinois doesn't, at least not on a regular basis. I would look into Northwestern's part time program and see how that looks - if the classes are the sorts of things you are interested in, etc. - otherwise, check out Loyola and DePaul and maybe Kent.

What did you want to study? And why a part time program? More information might help provide better advice than the vague statements above.

Reputation-wise, Northwestern is hands-down in the lead. But Chicago-Kent is not far behind. All of the Chicago schools offer part-time programs. Loyola is okay but John Marshall and DePaul are still pretty low ranked. John Marshall is trying new things with distance learning for LLMs but so far, it has not helped raise its LLM reputation. Good luck.
