I was debating on whether I should send the app now or wait till the law school i attended opens to have my diploma certified (the app instuction is not very clear, it only requires a "copy" of the diploma). But since time is not of the essence, i'll wait and have it certified before sending. :) Legaldocs, per the course listing from its website, EMLE's focus is on laws on financial regulation and training on how to evaluate the law considering an economic viewpoint. To my mind, this is perfect for those trying to get into sovereign finance or financial regulation. However, your comment made me realize that the fact that it is open to non law grads (as opposed to other llm which makes non-law grads exceptions rather than the rule) quite possibly makes it "less" of an llm that other courses. We only had one lecture dedicated to Microeconomics, the other lectures were all related to legal topics. But, as the degree indicates, all lectures have an "economic analysis of law" approach and are not the kind of lectures one is familiar with as a lawyer.
