“The Kent Law School at the University of Kent was founded in 1967 and has since developed into one of the most successful law schools in the United Kingdom. The Law School has consistently achieved high ratings and prizes for teaching and research activities. Postgraduate degrees have been offered at Kent Law School since the early 1980s. We have developed a variety of LLM degrees on international and contemporary subjects, and have sought to ensure that a broad range of nationalities are represented among our LLM and research students. In recent years, we have also taken advantage of our proximity to continental Europe to offer programmes at the University’s Brussels School of International Studies, and in collaboration with the Université du Littoral.”

“La Trobe University School of Law offers an LLM for International Students. The program is unique within Australia. International students may choose units from the LLB degree, the Master of Conflict Resolution degree, the LLM in Global Business Law (GBL) and the Public Interest Law Program. The latter two programs feature block release units that are delivered over five days. Units in the LLM in Global Business Law (GBL), Master of Conflict Resolution and Public Interest Law Program (LLM) are delivered using intensive teaching mode during summer and winter each year. These units are taught by visiting leading international and Australian academics and practitioners. La Trobe Law attracts an increasing number of international students from all over the world. The course fee for 2006 is AUD $16,000.”
