Commercial and public organisations are increasingly recognising the importance of international business. In this developing and competitive market there is a need for individuals who have appropriate knowledge of the commercial law aspects of international and European business law, including e-commerce. These benefits of the course are:
- Lawyers in private or in-house practice can provide better quality advice or representation with respect to international commercial law matters.
- Persons in business can better understand how international businesses and commercial transactions work legally and how to avoid potential problems.
- Recent graduates can secure better positions in law and business with an increased working knowlege of and greater depth of background information in international commercial matters.
- The option to study full-time or part-time on campus
- Specialisation in a particular area of international commercial law in the LLM dissertation.

- International Human Rights
The international focus of the programme is suitable for students worldwide as well as those from the UK. Additionally the course gives students the opportunity to study abroad as part of the exchange programme we have with other universities around the world.
