Program Features
  • LL.M. Students can choose a thesis or non-thesis degree (the Institute of Air and Space Law offers only a thesis degree with compulsory "thesis courses")
  • The language of instruction is generally English; however, most of the professors are fully bilingual in English and French
  • Graduate students are encouraged to write their thesis in the language of their choice (English or French)
  • An LL.M. European Studies Option (ESO) is offered as a cross-disciplinary program within the existing LL.M. Thesis Program
  • An LL.M. Environmental Studies Option provides a forum whereby graduate students bring their disciplinary perspectives together
