  • The graduate program's central component is the preparation of a thesis; in addition to the thesis work, there is a full-year graduate seminar and coursework
  • The program is concentrated in the following areas: Constitutional and Administrative Law, Corporate and Securities Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Policy, Family and Children's Law, Feminist Legal Studies, Health Law, Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law, International Legal Studies (including Human Rights, Trade, Environmental and Refugee Law), Labour Relations, Taxation, Theories of Private Law
  • Up to three courses may be completed at the International Study Centre (ISC) in England
