The Law School

The University of Denver Sturm College of Law is a top 100 law school with nationally ranked programs in environmental and natural resources law, legal writing, clinical training, international law and tax law. Ricketson Jr. Law Building allowed for increased integration of the most sophisticated classroom technology, including the utilization of CaseMap – a program designed to organize facts and legal research that is used by law professionals nationwide.

The Program

The University of Denver Sturm College of Law offers a number of advanced degrees that can supplement a student’s law degree with specialized knowledge, introduce foreign lawyers and law students to the U.S. legal system, or train students in the unique rigors of legal administration.

Graduate Tax Program
The Graduate Tax Program is one of the oldest and largest master's program in taxation in the U.S. and one of the few where accountants and attorneys study side-by-side in the same classes. All classes are in taxation and are taught using the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and other materials.
