- Enrollment in the LLM in Taxation (LL.M.Tax.) is limited to applicants who have attained a Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from a law school accredited by the Association of American Law Schools; however, graduates of law schools accredited or provisionally accredited by the American Bar Association, and graduates of law schools outside the U.S., may be considered for admission on the basis of outstanding credentials
