Hi everyone,
After I graduate nex year (Master in Law) I want to specialize in Sports Law. I am aware of the LLM at ISDE, the Fifa Master and the LLM at Trent University, but I wondered if anyone has advice which is the best way of finding a job in the Sports Law sector? Which programs/ Schools are the better ones/ Are they worth the investment? Or is it better to do a general LLM?
Thank you!

Hi-
I see you posted quite a while ago but was just wondering if you decided to go with one of your three options? Or what path did you take? I am in exactly the same situation now- want to study sports law, aware of those three courses (NTU/ISDE/FIFA masters).. have been accepted into NTU but not sure about it. Other two are massive investments so unsure. Any advice hugely appreciated. Cheers

I'm still having the same dilemma. I got one thing sorted out though: it's ISDE or finding a job. I am now looking for a loan and sholarship. It's quite a investment, but I heard nothing but good about the program.
I will not apply for the FIFA master because it is mainly FIFA oriented and for NTU I am not sure if it pays off. With ISDE you are pretty sure you will get a decent job thanks to the internship...
Hope this helps somehow, but keep me updated:)

Hi,
I see that this is an old discussion, but I justed wanted to ask something. You both write that the ISDE is a big investment, so maybe you could give me some information regarding the tuition fees. I can't find anything on that subject on the program's website. Thanks :)

There is also a new LL.M. in sports law offered by the University of Zurich, on a full time or on a part time basis. You should may be also have a look at their website. Given the fact that a lot of international sports organisations are located in Switzerland, the LL.M. of Zurich should be considered.

Nic, in addition, Zurich also offers a course "Certificate of Advanced Studies" in sports law. It is much shorter than the ll.m.

Hello,
I would like to have your feedback about the LLM in Sports Law provided by ISDE. Is it worth it regarding the cost? And does it give you real opportunities to work in the sport law field?
I would like to apply for Jan 2014.
Thank you.

Hi,
I want to applicate to both LLM in International Sports Law at ISDE and LLM in International Sports Law in Zurich.
Di you have any advices on that? What would be the best for a Swiss attorney like me? How was your experience?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Regards,
Pierre

Hi, I m a trainee lawyer from Greece.I m considering to apply to both LLM in International Sports Law at ISDE or NTU. I strongly believe that the intership part that ISDE offers is very important. any opinions? should I think about this investment?
anyone who had any of the above experiences during the last years would be very helpful.
thanks in advance

Hi, I'm not yet a sports lawyer, but I have been accepted at ISDE for 2016. I cannot give you the kind of advice a person who already did the course can, but I could help you with my reasoning, because I was accepted at NTU as well. I have chosen ISDE and booked my spot. I could talk to you about my opinion about the two courses, and why i chose one over the other

So how is the program going on? Do you suggest to participate in February? Any suggestion would be good. Thanks
