Hi All,
I'm planning to pursue my LLM in IP Law. I've already been accepted for the IP and Data Law programme at TU Dresden for the Summer Semester 2024, and I've applied to MIPLC. I've also looked into programmes at HU Berlin (ADR), FU Berlin (Competition and Regulation Law), and TU Berlin (Energy Law). Though these aren't focused on IP and start in the winter, they all seem attractive, and I'm considering applying to them, given their potential for future career prospects. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
What are the work prospects post-LLM for these programmes? I understand TU Dresden and MIPLC are part of the Pan European Seal Programme, which seems beneficial for a non-EU lawyer starting their IP Law career. Should I wait and apply for other programmes?
Thanks in advance!

Hey!
what course did you finally decide to go with?
I looked into the TU Dresden program but found it too inclined to IP and less to IT law.
would you suggest any IT-heavy LLM in europe, if you have come across any during your search?
how is the EULISP master's by Leibniz University, Hannover?

Hi!
I did come across the EULISP programme, and it looked like a good option for someone inclined to study IT law. I am more interested in studying IP(with a component of IT law), so I did not pursue it. I have been accepted to both TU Dresden and MIPLC and am awaiting MIPLC's decision on my scholarship application. If my scholarship application is successful I would go ahead with MIPLC, otherwise with TU Dresden. Hope this helps.
Cheers!
