Questions about the waitlist of Cornell

Hi guys,

I knew that I was placed on the waitlist on Mar. 19, 2021. Now I am wondering when would Cornell start to send admission letters to the applicants who were on the waitlist in the past years. And what should I do in order to increase the likelihood of being admitted by the CLS. Does it work that I ask my friends who have been admitted by CLS and paid the deposit to recommend me to CLS?

Hope to receiver your response, thank you!

Thank you for your answer!

Do you think Cornell is offering admissions on a rolling basis? Did someone waitlisted received an offer in April or before? Or Are they only offering admissions in late May or June?
