It depends on the perspective. I mean the LLM in European Intellectual Property Law is set so that you may learn by distance. It looks at current issues of IP law and recognises its importance in todays legal work.
Getting a job may be a different story. For a start - I think you shouldn't underestimate the amount of time you will need to function fully in another language as a lawyer. As you will know the lawyers language is not easy and to become fully proficient in Swedish lawyers talk may take its time. You certainly cannot compare this to LLM studies.
Do you actually want to work in IP law? This may prove difficult.
To work you need a Swedish degree which takes at least four years. So studying for an LLM on top of your garduate studies is a good move. That way you can get your LLB studies accredited.
The best way to get your foot into the door is if you have experience in Mergers and Acquisitions. It would help land a position and has the benefit of having English as job language. Any clerk work will be in Swedish so you will need to be proficient. You can try the Swedish, International firms: White & Case, Vinge, Baker & Mckenzie, Mannheimer Swartling, MAQS etc.
Good luck!
