Are there any conditions set for GULC offer?

Hi,

I have received an offer from GULC. I study in England and I will finish my LLB in June 2009. if I decide to accept my offer, I will pursue my LLM at GULC in September 2009.

I was wondering whether there are any conditions set on my offer for GULC? I know the obvious answer is to look at the offer letter but I was just wondering if I am missing something? Compared to UK universities, potential candidates for an LLM in the UK receive 'conditional offers' i.e. such as obtaining a First Class Honors.

I cannot find anywhere on my GULC offer letter that requires me to meet any specific conditions. I suppose the only thing they require is that I must have obtained my LLB before commencing my masters..
any thoughts will help..

Most of US universities are based on different system from UK schools. They do not have conditional offers like those UK schools:)

Congrat on your GULC...

GULC does have conditional acceptances. However, it would have said in an addendum that came with your letter. If there was no addendum or no mention of it, you should be fine.

The Graduate Admissions Addendum says:

I. This offer of admission made to you is
__ Unconditional
__ Contingent on the following:
__ Satisfactory completion of the current academic year and receipt of first degree in law
__ Please submit an official transcript upon graduation
__ (blank spot for something to be written in)
