Does any one have any idea what does it mean by public notary documents for ILF applications?

Dear Alpacas, public notary means your documents must be certified as genuine by an approved authority in your country. Most of the time you may not risk sending your original documents over the post so your copies must also be certified true to the original by an approved authority.
